This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.Nos.13714 & 13715 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.15813 & 15818of 2023 dated 04.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.00 a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, relaxed.
