Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent police to file a final report in connection with Cr.No.12 of 2019 dated 10.05.2019 within stipulated time period and pass further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondent police to file a final report in connection with Cr.No.12 of 2019 dated 10.05.2019 within stipulated time period and pass further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 10.05.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
