O R D E R

The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- directing the 1st respondent to dispose the stay petition in Appeal No.3124949 of 2022 against ARC No.527 of 2014 dated 08.05.2015 within the time limit.

2.Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Aditional Government Pleader would submit that the appeal before the Appellate Authority namely, the State Government has been filed out of time.

3.Mr.P.Chandrasekar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the appeal is accompanied by an application for condonotion of delay.

4.In view of the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
