ORDER

When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 25.07.2017, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they have given change of vakalat and hence, the Registry was directed to verify as to whether any other counsel has entered appearance and if not, to print the name of the petitioner and also directed the Registry to list the Writ Petition under the caption "for dismissal" today (28.07.2017). Even today, when the Writ Petition is listed under the said caption, inspite of the name of the petitioner-Association being printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. W.P.M.P. is closed.
