This is an application for condonation of delay of 27 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.Imayavaramban, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms.Gopika Nambiar, learned counsel for the nonapplicant No.1/original plaintiff. Learned counsel for the nonapplicant opposes the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned.

The delay is of 27 days only. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed.
