ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue patta by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2025.

2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2025 has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 4 so far.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 after getting instructions from the Officials of the respondents-Department would submit that the based on the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2025, the enquiry was conducted and the orders will be passed within a period of three weeks.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

6.Taking note of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 that after considering the representation of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the officials of the respondents-Department are under the process of disposing the petitioner's representation, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
