It is submitted that on the date, when the matter was called out, learned counsel for the applicant was down with fever and his junior colleague could not also attend the matter.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the application seeking restoration of W.P.No.27806 of 2018 stands allowed and is disposed of.

W.P.No.27806 of 2018 is restored to its original position.
