This petition has been filed seeking to cancel the Look out Circular(LOC) File No.(C.No.495/DC AMB/CAMP/2018) issued against the petitioner dated 01.10.2018 based on the petitioner's representation given to the respondents 1 to 3 dated 12.11. 2019.
