ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the body of Venkatayadav, Son of Rajendran, aged about 36 years before this Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the detenu has been secured on 14.12.2020 and the complaint itself has been withdrawn by the petitioner. 4.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
