PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, pleased to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to provide protection while the 3rd respondent complying the registration pending process in respect of sale of the schedule property comprised in New S.No.114/15 and Old S.No.119/3 executed dated 19.02.2024 as D.No.973/2024 on basis of the representation dated 16.05.2024 to the 1st and 2nd respondents and to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to comply the pending process of field survey and to hand over the original necessary document to the petitioner.
