Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of police, once in a month i.e, 1st working day of every month 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for until further orders Crl.MP.NO.11949 of 2019 in Crl.OP.No.6164 of 2019 order dated 26.08.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.JAYASUDHA, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.K.SRIVIVASAN, Special. Public Prosecutor for CBI-cases, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 26.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.11949 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.6164 of 2019 to appear before respondent once in a month i.e., 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
