Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12373/2019 in Crl.A.555/2019 order dated 29.08.2019 requiring the petitioner to appear before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on the first working day of every month, pending disposal of the above Crl.A.555 of 2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S PRAKASH GOKLANEY Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.

MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed, seeking to relax the condition imposed by this court, that the petitioner shall appear before the Committal Court on the first working day of every Month, until disposal of the appeal, by order dated 29.08.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.12373/2019 in Crl.A.No.555/2019. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Dental Surgeon and due to the condition imposed, his profession is being affected and thereby, would seek to modify the condition.

Taking into consideration and the said submission, the condition is modified to appear before the Committal Court viz., XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai once in three months, on the first working day of the concerned month at 10.30 a.m., starting from the month of January 2020, until further orders. -sd/- 21/11/2019 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
