This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the accused to to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court in the judgment dated 26.09.2023 made in S.C.No.157 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Court, Tiruppur and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal appeal.

2. Since the records have been received and the typed set of papers is also made ready, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal.
