This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the original order dated 03.10.2023 passed in I.A.No.7 of 2023 in O.S.No.284 of 2012 on the file of the XXII Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that the Revision Petitioner applied for the aforesaid original order, but so far the same was not made ready. Hence, she is not in possession of the original order and she may be permitted to produce xerox copy of order. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
