O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to comply with the Award pronounced in I.D.No.570 of 2005 dated 31.08.2015 with in such time as stipulated by this Court.

2.Perusal of the prayer itself shows that the petitioner wants implementation of the Award in I.D.No.570 of 2005 dated 31.08.2015. Hence, the remedy available to the petitioner is by way of filing E.P. or C.P. before the competent Court, instead, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
