The suit had been filed seeking partition and separate possession of two properties, which had been described in the schedule to the plaint. The first property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and the 2nd property is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court. The 1st defendant is residing within the jurisdiction of this Court. The 2nd defendant is the Sub-Registrar, Kodambakkam Sub-Registrar Office, K.K.Nagar, Chennai. Since part of cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit.

2.In view of the above facts, leave is sought. Leave is granted. This application is allowed.
