This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.21942 of 2024 dated 06.09.2024 in para No.7(a) that "the Petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Palladam Police Station, everyday at 10.30 am until further order".

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 50 days and investigation has been completed in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21942 of 2024 dated 06.09.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the trial Court/Judicial Magistrate, Palladam, Tiruppur District, on the first working day of December 2024 at 10.30 am, and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate. 04.11.2024 sai https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
