Crl.M.P.No.15098 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25249 of 2024 P.DHANABAL, J This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25249 of 2024 on 09.10.2024 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and also directed to appear before the trial court one every hearings without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsel and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
