This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23754 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders without fail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23754 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
