This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the 1st respondent to correct the petitioner's name as Parvadham instead of Ranjani in the petitioner's son's birth certificate No.2017/05/61A/010995/0, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2024."

2. The case of the petitioner is that her name was wrongly mentioned as "Ranjani" in her son's birth certificate. Therefore, on 06.04.2024, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents to 2/5

correct the same. However, there is no response to the same. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Considering the limited relief sought by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 24.02.2026 kan 3/5
