This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on 12.09.2024 in Crl.OP.No.22542 of 2024 directing "the Petitioner shall report before the Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Vellore on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders".

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 40 days.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner on 12.09.2024 in Crl.OP.No.22542 of 2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that Petitioner shall report before the Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Vellore on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.
