Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to process the application dated 25.04.2011 submitted by the petitioner Trust and grant No Objection Certificate / permission to the Petitioner to put up construction in the lands comprised in Survey No.41/1 Zamin Pallavaram Village, Pallavaram Municipality.

ORDER
This writ petition is heard through Video-Conferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
2. The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to process the application dated 25.04.2011 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
submitted by the petitioner Trust for grant of No Objection Certificate / permission to put up construction in the lands comprised in Survey No.41/1 Zamin Pallavaram Village, Pallavaram Municipality.
3. It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner after verification with the petitioner Trust that a No Objection Certificate stating that petitioner's lands falls within the regulated area, as prescribed by the respondents, was already issued to the petitioner and that nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
