The petition is filed to condone the delay of 132 days in representing the Writ Petition in WP.SR. No.57332 of 2023.

2. The sum and substance of the Writ Petition is that, it is filed for mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner to remove his name from the History Sheeter Rowdy list.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner's name has never been included in the History Sheeter Rowdy list by the third respondent police and the prayer in the Writ Petition itself is misconceived and therefore, no necessity arises to condone the delay in representation of the above Writ Petition and entertain the same.

4. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned Government Adovate (Crl.Side), this Court finds that it is futile exercise to entertain the petition for condone delay. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 09.11.2023 rkp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
