This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10447 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1132 of 2023 dated 25.07.2024 i.e., the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m pending appeal.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners/accused are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also, considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioners/accused are complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed in the order dated 25.07.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.10447 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1132 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners/accused shall appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m on the first working day of every English Calendar month, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
