This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 4813 days delay in filing the restoration application to restore W.P.No.32341 of 2007, which was dismissed for default.

2. Even today, there is no representation to prosecute the petitioner for condonation of delay. Therefore, it shows that the petitioner has no interest in pursuing the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed for default.
