This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in para No.6(a) in Crl.O.P.No.17801 of 2024 dated 20.08.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in C.C.No.70 of 2023 has been taken on file and the case stands posted to 18.11.2024 for hearing and the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6 (a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17801 of 2024 dated 20.08.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on 18.11.2024 at 10.30a.m., and thereafter, the date to be fixed by the learned trial Judge until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
