When the matter came up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the second respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and identified themselves.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending proceedings in Crime No. 272 of 2018 pending on the file of the 1st respondent, the second respondent/de-facto complainant and the petitioner have amicably settled the issue among themselves and the de-facto complainant has also filed a compromise affidavit dated 28.11.2019 stating that he has no objection if the proceedings in Crime No.272 of 2018 pending on the file of the 1st respondent is quashed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Recording the statements made by the defacto complainant in the affidavit filed by his dated 28.11.2019, the entire proceedings in Crime No.272 of 2018 pending on the file of the 1st respondent is quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
