This petition has been filed to amend the name of the petitioner Sebasthiyan @ Inbaraj instead of Sebasthiyan in the above Crl.O.P.No.22767 of 2024 and the order dated 18.09.2024 passed therein.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Further, time is extended by two weeks from today to execute the sureties.

4.Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the petition and issue a fresh order copy.
