This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19624 of 2024 on 12.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19624 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
