Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring Clause 3(C)(b) of TCMPF Employees' Exgratia Pension Regulations, 2016 in so far as denying the benefit of Exgratia Pension to Compulsory Retired Employees like the Petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and for a consequential direction directing the Respondents to pay Exgratia Pension to Petitioner from 16.12.2016 being the date of G.O.Ms. No. 186 with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.
