This petition has been filed to grant extension of time for compliance of the conditional order of this Court dated 24.09.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.13284 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14049 of 2024

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to mobilize the funds due to poor financial conditions this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for further period of one month.

Accordingly, ordered.
