This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.24869 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024 in para 6(b).

2.This Court while granting bail to the Petitioner imposed a condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders.

3.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that till date the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

4.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24869 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024 in 6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Vigilance and AntiCorruption, Chennai, on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.
