This petition has been filed to grant extension of time for compliance of the conditional order dated 21.08.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.20125 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to mobilize the funds due to poor financial conditions and also taking into consideration part of the amount was deposited by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
