This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24587 of 2024 by an order dated 04.10.2024 that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police, everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 25 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24587 of 2024 by an order dated 04.10.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police, on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
