O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The petitioner made representation to the 2nd respondent on 12.09.2019 alleging that the 4th respondent has encroached upon the public road. Seeking action on the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, we direct the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2019, after giving due notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
