O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Special Judge, TNPID Act (Financial Establishment) Court, Coimbatore, to furnish a copy of the proclamation order issued against the fourth accused, who is the son of the petitioner.

Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3.

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner's son, Suresh, has been arrayed as an accused in Crime No.7 of 2013, registered by the second respondent for the offences under Sections 120(b), 406 and 420 IPC and Section 5 of the TNPID Act. The petitioner's son, who is employed in Malaysia, is presently struck in Malaysia and his passport has also expired due to the proclamation. It is further submitted that the certified copy of the proclamation order issued against the petitioner's son is required only to enable him to deposit the entire amount before the trial Court and an Affidavit has also been filed to that effect.

The father of the proclaimed offender is before this Court with an Affidavit stating that the amount will be deposited by his son before the trial Court and that a copy of the proclamation order is required to enable the petitioner's son to appear before the trial Court to deposit the amount. 5.

In view of the above, the learned Special Judge, TNPID Act (Financial Establishment) Court, Coimbatore, is directed to furnish the copy of the proclamation order to the petitioner, on proper application, without any further delay.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. 12.09.2025 ham Note :
