tta 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2011 has been transfered to the Family Court, Ariyalur and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2018 and the same was disposed of on 26.12.2019. He further submitted that nothing survives in this revision petition for further adjudication, therefore, this Court may close the petition.

3.In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
