Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records of the first respondent pertaining to the impugned notice S.No.14834 dated Nil in respect of the property having Assessment No.6167 bearing Plot No.63, V.R.D. Nagar, Madhavaram, Chennai 600 060, quash the same and direct the first respondent to dispose of the revision petitions dated 20.11.1998 and 05.08.1999.
