Cont.P.No.10 of 2023 sr

O R D E R

It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that as against the order of the Writ Court, he has preferred a Writ Appeal along with condone delay petition in CMP.No.2630 of 2023 and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the contempt petition when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized of the matter. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.

3. With the above liberty, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 10.02.2023 2/2 Index: Yes/No sr Cont.P.No.10 of 2023 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2/2
