This application has been filed to amend the father name of the petitioner i.e., Veeramohan @ Vaiyapuri instead of Veeramohan in Crl.O.P.No.29750 of 2022 by order dated 05.12.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.29750 of 2022 dated 05.12.2022 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
