This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.461 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent/the Inspector of Police, Vaniyambadi Police Station, Vellore District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.461 of 2019, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.134 of 2019 before the Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambai and the case is ended in acquittal on 01.12.2022.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
