This petition is filed to condone the delay of 295 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.P.Anandha Kumar, learned Government Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.R.Lakshmanan, learned counsel for the first respondent.

Though it is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, by relying upon the counter-affidavit, in condoning the delay, having been satisfied with the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 295 days in filing the writ appeal stands condoned.
