The petitioners/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of BNS Act in Crime No.Not Known of 2024 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for considering, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that no case is registered against the petitionesr. Based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police had enquired the matter. He further submits that the enquiry is pending against the petitioners in C.S.R.No.585 of 2024 and the investigation will be completed as early as possible. In the meanwhile, the respondent police shall not harass the petitioner.
