This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs to the credit of C.C.No.12 of 2012 on the file of the Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore, in pursuance of the suspension of sentence order granted by this Court on 25.07.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.7893 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.595 of 2022.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Time is extended till 04.01.2023, to the petitioner to deposit Rs.10,00,000/- and to furnish the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
