O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Aroma Ayurvedic Wellness Center" Plot No.151-B, NSR Road, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District - 641 011, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation dated 25.11.2022 alleged to have been given by the petitioner to the first respondent is not available. If the petitioner gives a fresh representation, that would be considered in the manner to law.

3. Recording the same, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore. On receiving such representation, the first respondent is directed to pass orders in the manner known to law.
