2. Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

3. Adverting to paragraph 10 of the support affidavit, Mr.R.Balaguru Swamy, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners submits that petitioners belong to same Village and the relief sought for in the writ petition is one and the same.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioners undertakes to pay separate Court fee (if not already paid) before close of working hours of 15.09.2025. This submission is recorded.
