2. Learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that only the photocopies of impugned notice and impugned order were served on the writ petitioners. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to Paragraph 11 in the support affidavit and the same reads as follows: '11. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
