CMP.Nos. 14919, 14920 & 14921 of 2017 & 5477, 5482 & 5484 of 2020 have been filed (a) to condone the delay of 2982 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent (b) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent, (c) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent as R2 to R7, (d) to condone the delay of 471 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant, (e) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole Appellant and (f) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant as Appellants 2 to 5 in the main second appeal.

2. This Court has satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions. Accordingly, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title.
