This application has been filed to condone the delay of 2059 days in filing an application to set aside the exparte preliminary decree passed in the above suit.

2. It is submitted before this Court that the cost of Rs.75,000/- has been paid by the applicant to the respondent as per the order of this Court dated 05.03.2020.

3. In such view of the matter, the delay of 2059 days is condoned and this application is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to post the matter for setting aside the exparte decree.
