Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6, particularly the 3rd respondent to release the payment of Rs.1,80,000/- together with the interest @ 18% per annum for the works of digging Bore-well with erection of Motor Pump Set and also laid pipe line along with Sintex Water Tank, at S.C.Colony, Oddapalli Village, Alasapalli Panchayat, as per tender dated 31.05.2013 and on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2022.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 6, particularly the 3rd respondent to release the payment of Rs.1,80,000/- together with the interest @ 18% per annum for the works of digging Borewell with erection of Motor Pump Set and also laid pipe line along with Sintex Water Tank, at S.C.Colony, Oddapalli Village, Alasapalli Panchayat, as per tender dated 31.05.2013 and on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2022.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is registered within the unit of Hosur Panchayat and had granted a tender to carry out for 2/5

digging bore-well with erection of motor pump-set and laid pipe line along with Sintex Water Tank, at S.C.Colony, Oddapalli Village, Alasapalli Pachayat as per tender notice dated 31.06.2013 to a tune of Rs.1,80,000/-. It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite work being completed on 13.12.2013, he has not been awarded with the completion of work amount. Hence, he made several representations to the respondent officials which are pending without consideration till date. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has not produced the relevant documents for proper consideration and hence, seeks for appropriate orders.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Government Pleader and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court directs the petitioner to produce the relevant document before the respondent officials within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of 3/5

a copy of this Order and the respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2022 and pass appropriate order(s) on merits and in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of one month thereafter.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
